温州港瓯江港区开发建设进度刷新！

Recently, the Wenzhou Port Oujiang Port Area Xiayan Operation Area East Wharf Project, undertaken by China Construction Port and Shipping Bureau, completed all 390 PHC pipe pile sinking operations, marking the full entry into the construction phase of the upper structure of the wharf.

The Wenzhou Port Oujiang Port Area Xiayan Operation Area East Wharf Project is located at the confluence of the Oujiang River and Xupu River, with a total wharf length of 640 meters. It includes the construction of 4 multipurpose berths and 2 supporting trestles, along with the simultaneous construction of cargo yards, a comprehensive office building, a transformer pump room, and a wharf power supply and transformation station.

During construction, 13 cross-river bridges span the construction waters, imposing strict height and width restrictions on navigation. Conventional large piling vessels cannot navigate into the site for operations. The project team of China Construction Port and Shipping Bureau planned ahead and implemented precise measures, selecting the DLS amphibious self-propelled multifunctional piling machine and adopting a "land-based overall assembly, self-entry into water for operations" construction model to avoid navigation restrictions for large equipment. This effectively compressed the equipment entry and debugging cycle, reduced construction costs, and improved operational efficiency. The project team strictly controlled construction quality throughout the process, relying on intelligent technologies such as GPS dynamic positioning systems and attitude sensors to monitor and dynamically track the entire pile sinking operation. They precisely controlled key indicators such as pipe pile positioning and pile verticality, ensuring the pile sinking construction tasks were completed to high standards and high quality.

After the project is completed, it will establish a "rail-road-water" multimodal transport hub system, becoming an important carrier for port logistics and regional supply chain industry development in Lucheng District. It will effectively enhance the level of transportation development, gradually improve the new economic development pattern of Lucheng District, and inject strong momentum into regional economic growth.
